The experiences offered are gastronomic tours for small groups (maximum of 12 people) and include a clear description of the content, duration, and price.
Bookings are made online (madeirafoodonfoot.com), upon advance payment.
Prior to the activity date, an email or WhatsApp message will be sent with check-in details and meeting time.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the experience (local time) are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Changes to bookings are only accepted up to 24 hours before the experience.

4. Itinerary Changes

Food on Foot reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, partner unavailability, safety concerns).
In the event of cancellation by the company, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

5. Liability

Participants are responsible for their own safety during the activity and must follow the guide’s instructions.
The company accepts no liability for accidents, losses, or damages resulting from failure to comply with safety rules or from pre-existing health conditions not previously disclosed.
