2. Services and Bookings
- The experiences offered are gastronomic tours for small groups (maximum of 12 people) and include a clear description of the content, duration, and price.
- Bookings are made online (madeirafoodonfoot.com), upon advance payment.
- Prior to the activity date, an email or WhatsApp message will be sent with check-in details and meeting time.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the experience (local time) are entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Changes to bookings are only accepted up to 24 hours before the experience.
4. Itinerary Changes
- Food on Foot reserves the right to alter or cancel tours due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, partner unavailability, safety concerns).
- In the event of cancellation by the company, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
5. Liability
- Participants are responsible for their own safety during the activity and must follow the guide’s instructions.
- The company accepts no liability for accidents, losses, or damages resulting from failure to comply with safety rules or from pre-existing health conditions not previously disclosed.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
