Cancellation policy
Reservations are non-refundable
However, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we would be happy to:
Reschedule your experience for a date of your choice (valid until the end of the current year);
Send you a discount voucher to use whenever you like;
Issue a full refund of the amount paid.
If your chosen new date is fully booked, just get in touch, we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative.
